This idea was introduced to me at the beginning of my career over 20 years ago. It didn’t make sense at first. The reality is, if a computer consultant is doing their job perfectly, there’s no reason for clients to call because nothing is broken! In other words, we are doing our job and keeping you, the client, happy. This is what we do with all our clients. However, we also believe that live interaction is paramount to create an ongoing relationship with every client. Our clients are people first, not just a number or a remote connection icon. We treat your business infrastructure as if it were our own, and the only way to enhance it is to physically come and see you, and talk with you. This is what makes us different. It's not a salesman who visits you, but your personal IT professional who knows your system and your specific struggles.
